No Weak Links

Only Strong Teams

We believe our customers deserve more than ‘qualified’ electricians—they deserve experts. That’s why our field team is trained through an IEC-accredited apprenticeship program and held to a high standard of Journeyman-level competency. This ensures your project is powered by proven technical skill—not just labor.

This commitment to advanced education ensures that from the first connection to the final inspection, there are no weak links—only highly skilled professionals safeguarding your project.

His leadership earned the company the 2024 Fast 50 Award for rapid growth and the 2025 Smart 50 Award, recognizing executives who exemplify innovation, impact, and sustainability.

A Champion’s Mindset

As a pole vaulter at Tiffin University, he became a two-time NCAA Division II All-American and was part of a two-time Indoor National Championship team. In 2016, he also earned NCAA Division II Outdoor Men’s National Runner-Up honors and later contributed to a 2017 Outdoor NCAA Division II Men’s Third Place Team. Dylan graduated Cum Laude with a B.S. in Exercise Science and was a two-time Academic All-American. The discipline, focus, and mental toughness required to compete at that level now power every project Alliance Electric takes on.
