Safety Through Education

We Don’t Just Follow Safety Codes. We Understand the Science Behind Them.

At Alliance Electric Co., safety isn't a checklist we rush through; it is the foundation of our engineering-first mindset. Because our electricians complete IEC-accredited apprenticeship education and ongoing field training, they understand electrical theory and jobsite risk—not just the mechanics of installation.

We reinforce this technical edge with rigorous, mandatory certification standards:

  • Every single employee obtains their OSHA 10 Certification within 6 months of hiring.

  • All Foremen and team members with two years of tenure are required to obtain their OSHA 30 Certification.

This combination of formal apprenticeship education and high-level safety training results in safer job sites, fewer incidents, and peace of mind for our clients.
